i think i'll never be able to write maturely like clara.her entries are really impressive and i feel almost ashamed that my junior is writing better than me!
okay, that aside.
i really really felt very very angry when the woman at the marine parade post office did not appreciate our help at all and insulted us instead.zhi xin and i were there to look for christmas cards and the old lady there asked us to spell 'theresa' for her. zhi xin and i gave different spellings.she gave t-e-r-e-s-a at first and i gave t-h-e-r-e-s-a. but in the end we just settled on theresa. but because we gave different spellings at first and zhi xin said that different people spell it differently, she went "what school are you all from.cant even spell theresa. there's only one spelling for theresa." then i re-emphasized to her again that different people spell it differently and then she mumbled something and pointed to the name on her paper which read "thersa". but she ignored me in the end anyway. so zhixin and i walked away. i really felt like doing something when she said "what school are u all from?" but i refrained. why did she bother to ask us if she wont believe us as zhixin said. i think she's weird but on the account that she is old i shall forget it...
